Someone recorded me at a party without consent

Side A

At a house party, someone recorded a video of me dancing (badly) and posted it on TikTok without asking. It got 50k views and people from my work saw it. I asked them to take it down and they said "it's a public event, you have no expectation of privacy." It was a HOUSE party, not a public event.

Side B

It was a fun party video with lots of people in it, not just them. Everyone was having a great time. I didn't think they'd mind — they were literally the life of the party. They're overreacting. It's a fun video, not something embarrassing. Social media is how we share moments now.
